We left Kannapolis at 4:00 and arrived in Newport News around 10:15. That includes one stop for gas and a stop at the Virginia welcome center to play and potty. One of the best rest areas because it has some slides and climbing stuff which always make the kids feel better.

Other than the driver missing the exit on one of our turns, the trip was uneventful and the kids made it the whole way without the tv.

A long driving day tomorrow in store for us. Forgot my hair dryer, the DVD carrier with nearly 300 movies, and the kids car seats. But we have our passports, clothes, camera, food and money so look out Ontario, the FunV will be rolling in tomorrow.
