O' Canada

We leave for Canada via Virginia in less than 48 hours. I haven't packed anything other than cereal, pasta and peanut butter and jelly. Not a stitch of clothing or even our passports!!! I have never been this late in the game before. I had our suitcases packed for nearly 2 weeks when we went to California. My house is a wreck - usually it is spotless before a trip because I hate coming home to a mess. Instead I spent the afternoon going through the kids closets trying to figure out what they need for summer clothes.

I am so excited about going to Canada for the week. This is our (the kids and my) first official passport excursion. My trip to the Bahamas in 2002 doesn't count because you could fly without a passport and we were on a resort pretty much the entire time. We are going to get to spend some great time with old friends and see Toronto and Niagara Falls from the comfort of our "FunV". Of course I will be blogging and updating pictures as much as possible.

Hopefully I can get some packing done tomorrow since I took the day off!
